One advantage of the crossmember mount is that it is right around the top of the tank, so the lift is minimal. The starion stock mount is tank top on a bracket. If you are handy, you could fab an intank mount using a gen1 sae tank plate. Probably have to do some hacking and screwing back together, just need to measure tank depth and make pump sit very close to the bottom. Not real hard to do. I'd add the tank acces hatch from a v6 in case you need to change the pump later, otherwise you'd have to drop the tank.
