I have found a low milage 3.8 out of an endeavor for less than i can refresh my tired 3.5 SOHC for. What would be involved in doing the swap? Can i basically take the bare 3.8 and bolt my Montero parts onto it as if i was installing a long block?

So is this just a longblock you are getting? I just assumed you were getting a complete motor. If not, sorry. That would suck if it was that close and it was missing external crap as an assembly. Missing parts add up real fast on engine swaps.
