Everything "seems" pretty new in there. I got the entire front torn down last night so last thing I need to do is line up the cam timing marks and see how many teeth off the crank is. The tensioner only has about 3/8" of the rod sticking out and so far everything seems tight, but I'll verify more in the coming days. I have my kids this weekend, so I probably won't get too much done on it during that time. I'm having some difficulty wrapping my head around the tensioner and how is sets up and works. I'm hoping this will be just locking the cams in place, loosening the t-belt and rotating the crank to match up the timing. Then rotating the engine a few times to make sure everything stays lined up.
