Bear sausage. Nuff said.

On feral cats, they raise hell with the bird populations. Once I got rid of those feral cats in my neighborhood, the grouse population has florished again.

Coyotes raise hell with cattle; we always had to be vigilant around calving time; put the cows in a pasture closer to the house when they were ready to drop.

Coyotes are the real predator to our mountain goats' lambs up here, believe it or not. Wolves don't like working that terrain, but the coyotes don't seem to mind.

One thing is fersure. We could all be wiped out by one big A-bomb, and the coyotes and cockroaches would still be around.
