Fergot to mention the rest of the codes...

Normal - Source voltage drop; trouble area - center airbag sensor assembly; SRS warning light - on

11 - Short in squib circuit or front air bag sensor circuit (to ground); trouble area - Steering wheel pad (D squib), front air bag sensor, spiral cable, center air bag sensor assembly, wire harness; SRS warning light - on

12 - Short in squib circuit or front airbag sensor circuit (to B+); trouble area - Steering wheel pad (D squib), front airbag sensor, spiral cable, center airbag sensor assembly, wire harness; SRS warning light - on

13 - Short in D squib circuit; trouble area - steering wheel pad (D squib), spiral cable, center airbag sensor assembly, wire harness; SRS warning light - on

14 - Open in D squib circuit; trouble area - steering wheel pad (D squib), spiral cable, center airbag sensor assembly, wire harness; SRS warning light - on

15 - Open in front airbag sensor circuit; trouble area - front airbag sensor, center airbag sensor assembly, wire harness; SRS warning light - on

31 - Center airbag sensor assembly malfunction; trouble area - center airbag sensor assembly; SRS warning light - on

Hints:

When the SRS warning light remains lit up and the DTC is the normal code, this means a source voltage drops. This malfunction is not stored in memory by the center airbag sensor assembly and if the power source voltage returns to normal, after approximately 10 seconds the SRS warning light will automatically go out.

When 2 or more codes are indicated, the lowest numbered code will appear first.

If a code is not listed on the chart is displayed, the center airbag sensor assembly is faulty.
