I've been collecting parts and packing my "new" t-case across several states. The only thing keeping my from taking the plunge is $$$. That and the fact that my monty is my DD now, and I can't be without it come Monday if it's not finished. The biggest cost involved is going to be the drivelines. I've got the shift linkage figured out, and all the other parts. I bought a new input shaft for the case I got. As Nathan mentioned, you need the correct length on the input shaft. Where I lived, the case with that shaft was impossible to find, yet there were tons of the other ones. $85 and I have the correct input shaft. There are some conflicting ideas about sealing the t-case at the input shaft. Back when we had Wyleone on the boards, he was kind of spearheading this for me. My local guru however totally contradicted him. I would trust either of them, so I think either theory would work. I can't remember all the details right now though. My local guy pretty much hated the NP231, and said that once it was opened you would be in for a constant battle to keep it sealed up. I've never heard that anywhere else though.
