I took my V6 89 old axle / diff apart last night to get the backing plates for my Gen 1 to Gen 2 brake cable project ,,, and to study the guts since I've never taken one apart before. I expected to see splines with a little jog in them from me banging back and forth while stuck deep in snow.I have 233,000 on this LSD 4.26 : 1. Mon, only wear was a little polish where contact is made in the diff. somebody wrote me recently who was adapting a SR locker into a Jeep. I'd say he made a good selection to choise a Mitsu rear end .
