I'm joking on the J-B Weld, but I did look to see what temperature it would take.... as a thought. I did see where one fellow used it in an oven at 800°F with no issues. If I had seen a 1500° testimonial, I'd try it for grins.
What are the odds that a jet valve could be leaking cylinder pressure? If it's possible, I really should plug them before I run the compression test.
