I was using a 3/8" drive, but there's not enough room for the socket wall between the bolt head and the pulley "hub" or washer. I guess it's a washer that's rusted on there, because you'd have to have an ultra-thin-walled socket to get enough clearance to fit on the heads of the bolts. I'll try some PB Blaster on it tomorrow and let it soak for a while and see if it'll come off.
What about a Holley/Weber 32/36 - will this one work?

If I use a non-feedback carburetor, I can get rid of that box on the fender, right?
