You don't like those feedback crap do you. I don't blame you.
Take the whole box off the fender and keep it connected to the carb. Any early carb from a Mitsu will work so a non feedback carb will go on there. There are 5 bolts on the carb base. A Holley 5200 works well, obviously an adapter is needed. I would not bother with a Rochester.
On the front pulley you need to get the 4 little bolts out. a 3/8 drive will do it. Then the pulley will come off, sometimes reluctantly. There is one dowel locating it.
