there are many ways to get RHD imports into the US...I know a guy that snuck his JDM mitsu EVO3 in a sea-can under a bunch of half-cuts. and I also heard that if you import the vehicle with no engine (doesn't matter what year, could be brand new RHD import) and you ship the engine seperatly. you can install the engine in the USA and register it as a "kit car".
