Thanks LAguy. No, you have to disassemble the seat down to its components, remove the existing material, pull the new leather on, and hog-ring it back to the frame. The headrest leather zippers on just like the original. The back panel leather staples to the panel after applying some spray adhesive.
They build to order, so you specify colors and stitching, then wait a month.
