Hi all,
Sorry to dig up an old post, but I have a cracked axle housing on my 97 T-100. The thing that is different from all the posts is that the leak is not at the spring, but right next to the hub on the right rear tire. The fluid is leaking out onto the wheel and has fouled up my right rear brake pads twice in around 8K miles. Has anyone seen this issue yet, or are they usually cracking only at the leaf spring?
I'll get some pictures on soon, but any advise you have is appreciated.
