I just put a DayStar Spacer kit ( to level this tank out... ) on the front of one of these Tundra's, Looks Like a Tough Truck from underneath, Looks built to withstand alot of Punishment. Everything is just Big on those Tundra's. All the bolts are big compaired to GM, Ford, and Dodge. I started thinking about this thread, and remembered the Frame deal, Got to looking and I was trying to find a weak spot. The frame isnt fully boxed, it's boxed from the very front of the truck to the back of the front fender's, Thats it, I dont think I have seen anything anymore that even has a boxed frame all the way. I think the Frame's are great how strong and ridgid they are. Anyway got to looking and right where the Cab and Bed meet is a curve and looks like they put the frame in a big Tubing Bender and Went to town, Looks like an Exhaust Bend thats not mandrel Bent ( I hope you all know what Im talking about. ) It has the bumps and ridges right there at the bend. Im thinking that maybe the weakness Issue.
