The passenger side manifold gasket has a notch at the rear to allow clearance for the rear engine hanger.
It's entirely possible that some aftermarket gaskets may have the notch cut on both gaskets so they are interchangeable, but the OE gaskets are not interchangeable.
You can clearly see the notch in this picture - rear of the engine where the chain is attached:
