Thanks, Jon - I think Bob will like this engine when it's in his truck and running.
I wanted the 3.0L folks to see the fan clutch I bought for this engine.
I haven't been happy with my el cheapo Hayden unit because it has slotted openings for the screws, the hub is too large for the flange screws and the flange is tapered... makes it very difficult to get a wrench on the screw heads and properly tighten everything. I justified it because I got it for $40, but I swear it ain't worth it considering the aggravation and busted knuckles.
I looked at the OE price and ....... Surely there's something of quality in between.... and there is (I think) - found an NPW unit for $106.99 (including shipping) at Active Auto Parts:

This is a very nice looking clutch - Japanese manufactured, with what appears to be very good construction - I'll be replacing my own fairly new Hayden unit with one of these very soon:
