Found a homemade rack local (craigslist) for $50... 
Spent the better part of yesterday cleaning it up and adding light tabs, hylift jack mounts, full floor and a CB antenna mount.
Need to remove and finish the cleanup and paint (or powder coat)...
Lights and jack added for visual purposes only...

Good find...looks good on there......Cant run a rack in this neck of the woods or it would be left in the woods....lol.....
