I've already sent in my registration for this event but am curious if I'll see any of you there...!?

Date: April 27th to 29th, 2007
Location: Hollister Hills SVRA in California. Set in the golden hills of the Gavilan Mountains. The San Andreas Fault runs very near the park and provides terrain for some very exciting four wheeling.
Event: Mud-N-Yer Eye Frolic -- OPEN TO ALL VEHICLES!
Hosted By: MTA (Mountain Transit Authority), a division of the TLCA (Toyota Land Cruiser Association)
Trail: The trail layout at Frolic is for more experienced wheelers with all makes and sizes of vehicles attending. There are, of course, the traditional 'by-passes' that most four-wheel drive events offer for those who choose to go around the technical spots. 
Registration: Includes 2 nights camping, Saturday four-wheel drive trail run, games, 1 poker hand, 1 dash plaque, 1 cash drawing ticket, mud hole, awards, Saturday night music, and Sunday Sweepstakes drawing.
Dinner: Tri-Tip or BBQ Chicken (includes all the trimmings), Hot Dog or Hamburger for the kids.

Well, I've found out that 200+ vehicles have already signed up for this event. It might be sold out!?&%! I'll report back to let you know how it goes, incl. pics and a damage report.

So GhostRaider and I had a great time at Frolic -- and no damage to report! It was my first time at this event and I'll definitely be there again next year.
Here's just a few of the pics I've managed to download and sort through thus far.
The first group to line up at The Gate began doing so way before the first start time, I think this pic was taken about 6 am...
A couple pics of me in "The Jungle"...
 
Had to throw in a pic of one of the FJ Cruiser Trail Team members...
Then of course there was this guy who flipped once and then promptly flipped again 10 seconds later. I did indeed avoid this route (what?! he was in my way!)...
And this was entertaining. This guy got trapped in Tank Trap (a trail rated triple black diamond with a big sign that said "Come and get some!") and dozens of people watched as it took about 2 hours and 3 winches to pull him out. Then the next day he won the award for muddiest vehicle...
It looks like I never uploaded any pics of the White Rock area but that was incredibly exciting and fun.
So I'll be back to post again when I'm not at "work".
