DVTROOPER -great guy
      #837034 - 01/20/06 09:18 AM

I had posted earlier about the unusual and extra problems encountered on my `88 Trooper; DVTROOPER is supplying me with the crankbolt and timing belt sprocket, at no charge.
Greatly appreciated.
This, along with my Haynes manual arriving today (to help me align everything), should expedite getting it back on the dirt.
Forgot who posted about about possible valve damage; did Isuzu provide valve relief clearance, to accomodate these situations? I know it is done on many engines, as it is not a big challenge to do.

+100

He was generous enough to send me a spare timing sprocket at his expense. It's now adjustable!

do a search on "interference engine" along with what engine you have and you should come up with whether or not yours is. I forget which ones are which and I dont know what engine you have.
