Alrighty, I went all out and just got everything Old Man Emu has to offer considering it was in a kit from TRD Parts and It was reasonably priced for me. In this kit I have 2 OME HD 1-1/2" lift coil springs, 4 OME Nitro charger shocks, OME cellular gas steering stabilizer, 2 OME 23.5mm torsion bars, and 2 SDORI ball joint spacers. I was just wondering how hard is it to install the torsion bars as well as the ball joint spacers? Is there any threads on how to do a similar project, I can install springs and shocks I just have never done ball joints or torsion bars. Also is it a good idea to just replace the ball joints anyways while I am putting the spacers on? Thanks.

Here is some ball joint spacer info from 4crawler. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/BallJointSpacer.shtml there is a good wite up on the torsion bar install somewhere here on the wire as well.

Hmm, Ball joint spacers look like alot of work, is it worth it? will it make my suspension weaker cutting pieces out?

It's not that hard and yes I'd do it again in a heart beat, definately worth it. I didn't have to trim any of the upper control arms (my UCAs are not stock) but I did trim the BJ spacers slightly. For the OEM UCAs it looks to just need very minor triming. I don't think it would be anything to worry about, lots of us have been running the BJ spacers for a few years now and I haven't seen or heard of anyone having a problem with their UCA breaking as a result of the triming.
