Just wondering if anyone knows how to do this and if there are any easy way or tricks to get it done faster? Thanks.....

As far as I know you will have to pull the diff cover off and get your axle to slide out a little to get the clearance to get your studs out.

No real short cuts that I know of. Why do they need changed? Are they broken or streched?

Hate to disagree but the hubs come off. I had all the Studs on mine replaced because i did alot of tire swapping and kept loosing studs. Taking out is the easy BFH, to put back in the guy used double nut method so buy extra nuts and use Dorman Studs and Nuts OEM are big $$$.

So you got Tires what did you end up getting?

Erick

P.S. I saw your Signature Upddate Nitto those look too cool. I would try to get them to replace studs as well.
