I have a 2000 manual, 4wd, daily driver, 4runner that runs rough whenever it is started warm. On a cold start it will run fine until it is shut off no matter how long you run it, but 90% of the time when the motor is started when it is already warm it stumbles and misses. CEL is on. ODB2 says rich mixture. Snap on scanner said "lean bank 1" I gave it a tune up and tried switching both the bank 1 coils with used coils that are known to be good. I have also checked the mass air flow sensor but still have the same problem. I have also checked for vacuum leaks with brake cleaner and cleaned several grounds. I cleaned the throttle body too. Got any other ideas?

Lean bank 1... what is the actual code #?
Could be fuel injectors, air-fuel sensors, etc.
