Propane?
      #1225259 - 10/10/10 08:30 PM

Turning my 88 Raider 2.6 carb,automatic into my trail only rig! fullsize f250 axles with 5.38's, back-halfed and propane. Anybody ever did the switch to propane with a raider/monty?

Eric, not sure if anyone on here has but iirc, some may have overseas. Any pics of those rigs in your signature?

iirc= if I recall correctly.

Don't worry about them being works in progress. They're all works in progress LOL.

As for pics you can't "upload" them to the forum directly. You can either use the 4x4wire gallery or a picture hosting website like webshots, picassa, etc. And link the image URL into your post. There's a how to in the 4x4wire forum FAQ at the top of this page.

You can get propne kits from gotpropane.com (Toy weber adapter and 22R kit) the actual propane setup for the 2.6 can be found on ebay or at your local forklift repair shop.
