Real nice 90 V6 PAjero on Craigslist

Just came across this very nice, but expensive Pajero in Vancouver, BC. What do you guys think? For $4500, I would be interested. May have a look at it.

If that's $6000 Canadian then it's 6010.82 in US Dollars. Either way seems pricey.
