Yeah, I'm dying to go off road anywhere at this point. I can only do so many mods before the urge just takes control.

Maybe I can come over to Carlos' on the same day as you & we can do the lift on both rigs? I have my own tools and my own floor jack so we should be ok.

What do you think Carlos?

Sounds like fun. Looks like a drive but I'm sure well worth it. I should be able to go if it's over a weekend. It would be nice to me all u Mitsubishi folk.

Well, as Russel said we are planning on doing the BL on the 24th and hit a trail on the 30th. We can do the 2 trucks on that Sat if you like. I think it should be alright!
I would prefer doing a trail on the Sierras though!

Russell, Carlos,

I'll be there on the 24th then.

Chris,

Perhaps we can all caravan down together or if anything meet up at a strategic location somewhere along the way.

To anyone else thinking about going...
Stock rigs are more than able to do this run. There are no rocks to get hung up on and sand is pretty gentle to your rig if you happen to get hung up in it.

I do recommend you wash the rig thoroughly after the run as salt water + your body/frame is not a good thing long term.

Whoa!..This is too much!

My woman and i are going out with a group of people that weekend already!!!!! We planned it months back and we will be there on memorial day too!

And another friend is headed out this weekend (17th)

We atv and stuff like that but she is excited as she wants to bring her new Toyota truck!?!?

I can't say about the other days but for sure we will be there on March 23rd to 25th...

Funny...in all the years we have been going; we only ONCE saw a dodge raider/montero SWB...(seen lots of the LWB ones)....it was black and driven by a gray haired guy with a gray beard!!??....most people (especially girls) look at our vehicle and then look at each other and go "what's a raider"...DUHHHHHHH!

Argh... looks like we'll be there on the 1st weekend in april not the last weekend in March. The last weekend in march is when we'll be installing the lifts in both rigs.

You sure you can't be there the following weekend?
