Reminding Vendors of the Power of this Board -- BRAINSTORMING NEW PRODUCTS
      #618661 - 10/31/04 12:28 PM

A certain vendor that I will be personally teasing at the SEMA show starting Tuesday night started a post on another board, asking for suggestions on what parts he should introduce/carry. I waited until this vendor was touring the Grand Canyon, away from the keyboard, and now I wanna flex the 4x4Wire Isuzu muscle.
As you may recall, this board was instrumental in getting Tera t-case and differential gears made for Isuzus, an ARB locker made for 10-bolt Isuzu differentials, and a CALMINI rear bumper made for 2nd-gen Troopers. :p

Don't get sucked into 'reasonable' or 'do-able' on this thread -- brainstorm first, then do a reality-check later.

Isuzu-specific suggestions:
* slip-yoke to bolt flange conversion kit for 4x4 MUA5 tranny
* heat-treated upgrade CV assemblies
* stouter tie-rod adjuster assemblies
* front tube doors for Amigos, Pickups, Trooper RS, etc.
* rear tube doors for 4-door Troopers, Rodeos, etc.
* quick-release hinge-pin kits for the above
* pre-bent inside 'sport cage' for Amigos, Troopers, Rodeos, etc.
* belly skid connecting IFS crossmember and tranny crossmember
* high-wattage headlight upgrade harnesses (with Isuzu plugs)
* badge kits (Honda, Isuzu, Vauxhall, Holden, etc.) -- especially handy for 'honorary Isuzus' at Moab 'Zu Zoo events :p

On a more universal note:
* 'universal' snorkle kit
* 'universal' under-vehicle LED lighting kit
* weld-on 2" and 2.5" spring hangars, shackles, and shackle hangars

I'll second the fender idea, but how about sets for those of us driving two doors?(we don't need the two piece version for the back)

I would like to see some front end rodeo fenders as well.
How about some stong, rear dana 44 axle shafts.
Brake Lines that arent made by skyjacker, and arent 100 bucks.

-Better stronger skid plates.
-SS Brakelines at a lower cost would be great.
