1988 Mitsubishi Montero Transfer Case (Auto Trans) 88K

For Sale ($85)
'88 Mitsubishi Montero Transfer Case (AT) 88K miles
Local Pickup only (Algonquin, Illinois 60102 ~40 miles NW of Chicago)

In 2004 (when I was an active member of this forum) I blew the chain in my '87 Montero's transfer case. I found a 1988 Montero that had ~88,000 miles in a local bone yard and was planning to either use this T-case (I later found out that AT/MT were different) or swap parts. I ended up having mine rebuilt. This T-Case has been in storage ever since.

I swapped the switches from this case to my original one so they may need to be replaced. This case is complete, with shifter (no knob) and boot. Turning the input shaft and shifting it indicates that it works in HI/LOW range. I'm not sure what years this T-case will fit.

I don't want to deal with shipping hassles or Craigslist, that's why it's priced so low. Photos available. Email: weebur@comcast.net
