96 rodeo transmission drops out of drive & slips @ times
      #1266093 - 06/23/12 04:20 PM

Hi I just bought this & have had nothing but problems. when I put it in gear (drive) sometimes it works sometimes it dont. the indicator light on the dash is never lit (indicating drive) & it often acts like I am in neutral rather than drive, third works for the most part though I have had issues shifting while driving in 3rd gear. Also my dash lights do not work other than the idiot lights & indicators for what gear I am in (other than drive). I set reservations for the Oregon coast next week & hope I can get fixed up in time. any thoughts are appreciated.. Thanks, David
could this be a dirty sensor?

Are you running the 4L30 transmission? If so, you'll find a lot more info at... http://forum.planetisuzoo.com/index.php?

When it's back up and running.
