i have an m reg kia sport done 118k miles it runs like a dog 0 to about 45 then it is ok do you think this would help

wouldnt hurt thats for sure. try the fuel filter as well.

Completed my first throttle body cleaning this weekend.
65,000 mile marker. Followed directions above and the proceedure went smooth. Thank the posters.
Quicker response now and has a definate smoother feel to the throttle.
