Taco with a 3.4 that appears to be sarving for fuel

When I give the truck more than 1/2 pedal it starts missing and looses power. The condition is getting worse. Fuel pump? Fuel Filter? Anyone else experience this? Where is the fuel filter located? Any advice is appreciated...

When's the last time it had any maintenance done to it? Start there.
