just wondering how do i upload a picture for my profile and also wanted to upload a few pics of my ride with my lift.

Currently, we do not host images in the forums. You can host them through a remote site and link to them.

Or, through the portal galleries (http://www.4x4wire.com/index.php?option=com_phocagallery&view=categories&Itemid=85) you can upload pictures of your rig.

You will need to register to the portal side.

As for the picture in your profile (avatar), we support remote hosting. Local hosting of avatars is under consideration.
