Re: Removing a damaged locking gas cap

Vell, a cursory look at the FSM tells me the filler box as it's called, will unscrew from the bed, but it has to be shoved downward to remove; read: screw with the tank.

Borrowed a strap wrench from the neighbor; no-go, even with a piece of sandpaper in between for some gription; it rachets, so that tells me the lock is 2/3's buggered.

Time for the brace; now to go find it.
