Location of oil sending unit?

Had my friend change the noisy water pump,timing and alternator belts and he put in in two new seals which stopped some oil leaks,but it still drops a little oil after a long ride.Seems to drop on that pan below the alternator and the fuel filter.Oil sending unit/or?This on a 1987 MM,no air,2.0 engine.
