OHV in Nevada is $1.6 billion industry

A 2003 economic study by the State of Nevada shows that OHV activity by state residents accounted for $1,649,302,218 in economic activity in the state. The study looked at Nevada resident users in 2003 and did not consider out of state users or any of the major events hosted in Nevada. Overall, the OHV market shows very large growth, with some Reno dealers stating 30% growth in 2006. The study looked at dirt bike riding, snowmobile riding, ATV riding and OHV riding.

The $1.6 billion dollar OHV industry is Nevada supports an estimated 15,000 full time jobs and 30,000 part time jobs.
