Aha! Here's the one I know I've used in the past that has probably every state, plus Canada:

Also be aware that the link posted at the start of this thread (www.uscampgrounds.info) also lists several links to similar web sites, depending on the kind of campground you're looking for. They say they are trying to add info for other states by the summer of 2009.
