4Runner Rear Window AAKK!!

I know there is a ton of info on 4Crawler's website, but I haven't seen this covered. Here goes.
The rear window quit going down, but I could hear the relay switch when I pressed the up button, so I went through and checked all the connectors. After disconnecting the large main connector bundle and reconnecting it, the window will *intermitently* roll down. It will go down an inch and then stop and I will have to press the button a bunch of times to get another inch out of it. Where do I go next? Should I put dielectric grease in that large connector? Is the relay on the fritz? I need some help with this one as I only have a few days to fix it before I leave for a long camping trip and I need that window to work. Thanks a ton for the help,
-John
