This picture should help explain what I am talking about. If the tie rod is too high, it will hit the frame on compression. If it is too low, it will hit the springs on compression. This problem gets worse the lower the lift.



You may have to get longer shackles for the rear or pull a leaf from the front spring pack (or add a leaf to the rear) in order to obtain a level ride height. This varies from rig to rig anyway depending on the weight bias. Expect to do some fine tuning.
