FORT MILL, SC – (June 25, 2009) – Short-course off-road racing fans can track the progress of their favorite Team General Tire drivers on Twitter during this weekend’s Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series event at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Complex, Lake Elsinore, CA.
 
Beginning with the start of the event on Saturday, June 27, race fans and followers can log onto www.twitter.com/teamgt for up-to-the-minute progress reports for all of the Team GT drivers.
 
“Twitter is the ultimate application for conveying real-time results to our fans,” said Dana Zamalloa, manager of PR and communications, General Tire.  “It’s a great way for fans to get up to the minute updates on the team’s progress during the race, and it will put them right at the podium at the finish!”
