With the overwhelming success of the “Rhino Rally at the Dune Tour” in Glamis, Calif. this past March, we are excited to announce the Dune Tour’s next stop will be at the Pismo Beach State Recreation Area. The famed Dune Tour promises to live up to its claim as the largest event in the western United States! Open to the public and any vehicle, this family-friendly event is packed full of activity. Mark your calendars and pre register now at www.thedunetour.com
• Dunes Clean-up
It’s important that we preserve and protect the environment that we are allowed to play in. With the ever growing challenges of anti-access groups, we as users need to do our part. It’s important that we teach our kids that we need to clean up after ourselves before we leave. Sand Addiction Magazine will offer a three (3) issue complimentary subscription to every family who brings a minimum of two (2) bags of trash back to the hospitality area.
• Movie / Bonfire
A Family Friendly Box Office Hit. We take our huge inflatable movie screen and project a family friendly just released Off Road movie. Just like the old drive in days…participants are encouraged to drive their Side x Side, Sand Car or Quad and hang out while watching a movie under the stars.
• Kid Zone
This is a place where kids can be kids and do what they do best; use their imagination by designing their own sand cars or quads in the Kids coloring corner and bouncing around in the jumper for a great time.
• Scavenger Hunt
This is a poker run type event where everyone wins. There is only 5 stop that is manned by participating sponsors. This is not a race, participants are encouraged to take their time and look at all of the great products at each of the stops. When finished, they return their stamped card to the registration area entry into the opportunity drawing. This event is free to participate.
• Show & Shine

-Long travel sand car
-Side X Side
-Best Random, because you never know what somebody is going to create!

• Opportunity Drawing
The Dune Tour hosts the largest opportunity drawing of FREE products you will find in the dunes. We offer this drawing at 3 different times. Friday Night after the movie Saturday during lunch and Saturday night during the karaoke party. There are multiple ways to enter the drawing…for free! Participants can register at the main table to get a wristband that offers an entry ticket. Participants in the scavenger hunt will receive a second entry when they come back with their card fully stamped. If two isn’t good enough, they can purchase more at the main table. Winners must be present to win.

We have added some spice to Saturday night. How about a Karaoke Party with a grand prize. We will have registration for participants throughout the day and will pull a family crowd for a great show!
