PURPOSE:  To provide for the public’s health and safety during management activities associated with the Pinal Fire.


  1. The fire incident commander and logistics chief will requisition USFS Law Enforcement Officers, FPOs, Gila County SO Deputies and AZGFD officers to assist in implementation of the Order.  This order becomes effective at 06:00 AM on May 15, 2017, until July 31, 2017 unless terminated sooner.
  2. This Order will be effected by appropriate signs and closure notices as required by 36 CFR 261.50.  Local electronic signboards and ADOT signboards will indicate closures as necessary.
