2002 World SuperCrawl Championships
Craig Stumph had a vision a few years ago. While he wasn’t sure if it would turn out to be a pipe dream, total failure, mediocre attempt, or - dare he hope - a resounding success, he set in motion a plan to bring together the worlds best competitive rock crawling teams and their vehicles.

The inaugural 2002 World SuperCrawl Championships were held in Farmington, New Mexico.  Check out all the action and photographs from this exciting event.

2002 Dakota Territory Challenge
The 2002 Dakota Territory Challenge occurred as normal on Labor Day weekend, despite a very dry Summer and fires that has threatened to shut down the event as late as the first weeks of August. Some trails such as Bikini and T-Back were not accessible due to the Rockerville fire, but the BH 4 Wheelers more than made up for it by opening some tough new sections of the Hal Johns Trail.
Radiator.com Factory Upgrade Radiator Install
Most of us have been there before. We're out on the trail and due to the hot weather, the pace of the trail, or some internal mechanism, we start to overheat. For us mortal folk, that's generally not that big of a deal, we simply drink some cool liquids, sit in front of the air conditioner or sit in the shade and cool down. But when that overheating is in your trail rig, cooling down isn't necessarily so easy to do.
CalROCS - Rock'n the Ranch, Donner Ski Ranch, California 2002
The finale for the CalRocs season was the last chance for many to qualify for the first annual Super Crawl. In the weeks preceding the Donner event, internet bulletin boards and chat rooms were full of talk from competitors that were taking roll call across the States to see who was going to be there in an effort to gauge the likelihood of placing in the top 10 and earn the sought after honor of being worthy.
ProROCK - Woman's Rockcrawling Championships, Cedar City, Utah 2002
Todd and Linda Adams compete in their first rockcrawling event as a husband/wife team.  As Todd says "OK what the hell are we thinking? What are we doing here entered in the Skyjacker Rock Crawling National Championship for Women? Well I guess you could say it started 31 years ago when I bought my first 4X4..."
ProROCK - Season Finale - Fernley, Nevada 2002
Close to Reno, Nevada, the Fernley Raceway proved to be a great event location for rock-crawling. This was the first ProROCK competition run on man-made obstacles. The man-made courses worked well, affording spectators the opportunity to view a number of obstacles from one location. The breakage toll was still high, as numerous axle shafts, pinions, and tie rods lost their battles with the rocks, but the layout of the courses also provided a high degree of difficulty without the imminent danger of multiple rollovers that can wreak havoc on competitors and equipment.
Raingler's Full Rack: Updated Product Review
This cool idea uses 2-inch military webbing for a unique way to store lightweight gear. With some nice design changes, this system is even more appealing than ever!
